“Tamerlano is portrayed by the American countertenor Bejun Mehta. I will not deny that he is one of the greatest singers in the world. Listening to him and seeing him on stage is a pleasure that should be frequently repeated. He always sings on the breath, with perfect intonation, a swift and precise voice, and impeccable style.”
